Architecture and space planning for a 1780s historic home in Chester, NJ. Homeowner is a personal chef and this is her teaching kitchen as well as the family kitchen. The major success was bringing daylight into the first floor with its low 7-foot ceiling. By placing the kitchen on the north side and Dining Room addition on the south, all spaces are well lit.
